HOW DO I ENROLL IN METROBANK DIRECT?

1. Please proceed to the branch where you opened your account.
   The branch will give you an application form to fill up to enroll in Metrobank Direct (e-banking).
    
2. Upon enrollment, you will be given a password mailer which can be used upon receipt of an email
   confirmation which you should receive within three (3) to four (4) business days.

Method 2: Through the MetrobankDirect website

1. Go to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com/
2. Click on “Sign up now”
   
3. Select “ATM Card” and click Continue
   
4. Complete the required details.

DO I NEED TO LINK MY METROBANK DIRECT ACCOUNT TO MY ONLINE STOCK TRADING ACCOUNT?

Yes, it is necessary to link your Metrobank Direct account to your online stock trading account for settlement purposes. The MetrobankDirect account will be the settlement account for your Withdrawal of Funds. This can also be used to fund your FirstMetroSec stock trading account.

HOW DO I LINK MY METROBANK ACCOUNT TO MY ONLINE STOCK TRADING ACCOUNT?

1. Go to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com/ and log-in using your account details.
    
2. Go to Manage Accounts and Click on “Stock Trading”.
   
3. Enroll an account for stock trading. This account will serve as your settlement account linked to your FirstMetroSec online trading account.
    
4. Click Continue.
   
5. The account is now linked for transferring of funds to your FirstMetroSec online trading account.

CAN I CHANGE MY METROBANK ACCOUNT THAT IS CURRENTLY ENROLLED AND LINKED WITH MY FIRSTMETROSEC ONLINE TRADING ACCOUNT?

1. 1. Go to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com/ and log-in using your account details.
    
2. Go to Manage Accounts and Click on “Stock Trading”.
   
3. Proceed to Unenroll Account for Stock Trading tab and click Unenroll.
   
4. Once the old account is unenrolled, you may now enroll a new account that will be linked to your FirstMetroSec online trading account.
   
   Please follow the steps in the previous section: "How do I link my Metrobank Direct account to my Online Stock Trading Account?"

HOW DO I FUND MY STOCK TRADING ACCOUNT?

Method 1: Through MetrobankDirect

1. Pledging of Funds in MetrobankDirect
    
   1. Go to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com/ and log-in using your account details.
      
      Please make sure that the account number used to send the funds is the same as the registered Settlement.
       
   2. Click on Stock Trading and go to the Add Funds for Stock Trading tab.
      
   3. Enter the amount you wish to Pledge, or add to your FirstMetroSec online account for stock trading.
       
   4. Click Continue.
       
2. Through the Pay Bills option in MetrobankDirect
    
   1. Go to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com/ and log-in using your account details.
       
   2. Click on Pay Bills.
       
   3. Under Category, select Others
       
   4. Under Biller Name, choose First Metro Securities Brokerage Corporation.
       
   5. Enter Subscriber / Account No., your FMS Account Code (OTxxxxx)
       
   6. Enter Reference Code, 660 (Note: This is the fixed reference code for FirstMetroSec)
       
   7. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and Click Continue.
      

Method 2: Through the MetrobankDirect website

1. Via Green Payment Slip
    
   1. Go to any Metrobank Branch and fill up the Green Payment Slip.
       
   2. Indicate the Biller Name as FIRST METRO SECURITIES BROKERAGE CORPORATION.
       
   3. Indicate Subscriber Number (your FMS Account Code)
       
   4. Enter Reference Code, 660
       
   5. Specify the amount you wish to transfer. The system will now process within one (1) banking day the transfer of Funds to your FirstMetroSec online trading account.
       
2. Via Bank Deposit Slip
    
   1. Go to any Metrobank Branch and fill up the Bank Deposit Slip.
       
   2. On Account Name, use FIRST METRO SECURITIES BROKERAGE CORPORATION
       
   3. On Account Number, indicate MBT CA# 066-7-00141971-0 (Head Office account)
      
      or MBT CA# 174-7-17451393-3 (Ayala Bankmer account)
       
   4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
       
   5. To assign the deposit to your trading account, e-mail the scanned copy of deposit slip to
      
      [email protected] or fax a copy to: (02) 859-0699.
      

HOW DO I RELEASE PLEDGED FUNDS FROM MY STOCK TRADING ACCOUNT TO MY METROBANK DIRECT ACCOUNT?

Pledged funds are earmarked funds to be transferred to your FirstMetroSec online trading account. You may request to release the pledged funds that have not been debited to your FirstMetroSec online trading account or have not been used for stock purchases.

1. Go to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com/ and log-in using your account details.
    
2. Click on “Stock Trading”.
    
3. Click on the tab View funds for Stock Trading.
    
4. Enter the amount you wish to release and Click Continue.
